I consider myself a unique home, I tell you why.
It was built in 1985 in one of the quietest enclaves of Benalmadena. Little by little they surrounded me with access and essential services for my owners to live their day to day in a comfortable way, with everything at hand.
My neighborhood is peace, tranquility, for owners who understand life like me, without stress.
As for me, I always felt comfortable just as I was designed. I love large spaces like my living room open to the outside. That’s how they got my full potential. I consider myself a spacious house, with character, with those large spaces that the owners that I have had demanded, both for their bedrooms and for that charming terrace in my master bedroom.
My current kitchen is not very modern but I have meters to design even the most demanding of projects. My two full bathrooms are on the top but I can easily have a toilet on the ground floor if my new owners consider it so.

My urbanization has a large communal pool and green common areas, very green, away from the outdoor spaces of the most modern constructions.
Travel details: I am 20 minutes walk from the beach, I have bus stops almost at the door and I have the center Arroyo honey 10 minutes where you have all the services you may need, including the commuter stop, so I am 15 minutes from Malaga center or the airport. If you’d rather drive, I have quick and easy access to the freeway.
